HLA Represents Ethiopian Premier League S.C. in Major Domestic and International Disputes

HLA has provided legal representation and strategic advice to Ethiopian Premier League S.C. in the disputes, which involved significant contractual and financial claims arising from the League’s engagements with participating clubs.

Two of the three disputes have now been successfully concluded. Following the proceedings, the respective clubs terminated the litigation and settled their outstanding obligations, resulting in the recovery of claims exceeding ETB 30 million for Ethiopian Premier League S.C.

The third matter remains pending before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), where HLA continues to represent Ethiopian Premier League S.C.
