HLA Senior Associate Contributes to Criminal Sentencing Directive 3/2025

Bebizuh contributed to the development process through extensive legal and comparative research, which informed the drafting of the Directive, and participated directly in the formulation and refinement of its provisions.

The adoption of the Directive represents an important development in strengthening the framework governing criminal sentencing and promoting greater clarity and consistency in sentencing practice before the federal courts.
